crazy man .. i am still awake at this hour .. now 3 am in the morning .. look like i having jet lag lol .. well i regret drinking coffee ... now cause me to have sleepless night .. i now feel tired yet awake .. i now sense the torture .. i try all mean to put myself to sleep .. not to extend of eating sleeping pill or drinking wine ... .. pardon me if i write insanity entry .... I WANT TO SLEEP .. CAN SOMEONE PUT ME TO SLEEP ... ARGH
